Refund policy

We want you to love your Zbetrs; however, if you are not 100% satisfied with them simply email us and we will send you a return shipping label at no charge. Pack them in their box, attach the shipping label and ship them back to us. Once we receive them you will be fully reimbursed. MUST be within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
